This kit contains:

• 1 x Posh Chalk Premium Stencil (A4 size or 30x30cm)
• 1 x Posh Chalk Premium Finishing Trowel Petite
• 1 x Posh Chalk Metallic Paste

What are Posh Chalk Metallic Pastes?

Our Metallic Paste products are similar to a standard paint but with a smooth, thick and creamy texture. They are an all-in-one product suitable for indoor and outdoor use, meaning once they’re dry no sealant is needed. They are all water based which means you can mix multiple colours together or even water them down into a wash.

How do I use the Stencil Starter Kit?

To get started, simply place your Premium Stencil on your chosen surface (we recommend using spray adhesive or low tac tape to prevent potential bleeding) then start spreading your Metallic Paste using the Premium Finishing Trowel. The Premium Finishing Trowel makes it very easy and convenient to ensure your paste is equally applied across the stencil. Once you’re happy with the Metallic Paste application you just peel your stencil back and admire your work! The Premium Stencils are all fully repeatable so once your paste is dry you can line your stencil up with the previous design and fill even more space. If you apply heat to the Metallic Paste while it is still wet it will “puff up” to create a 3-D effect with an eggshell like consistency to add visual depth to your project. Or, if you prefer, the “puffed up” Metallic Paste can then be flattened with the Premium Finishing Trowel before it dries to create unique and interesting textures.
