Inspection:
You should inspect the merchandise upon receiving your order and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included and no damage has occurred during delivery. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation rights and/or you return the goods in accordance with our return policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Any discrepancy within your delivery needs to be advised within 48 hours of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Payment Policy:
Payment can be made by any of the following methods all major Credit, Debit Cards and PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point which your order is despatched. Please note all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card payment refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to WoodUbend Ltd we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you. In the event that payment cannot be processed the order will not be accepted and will automatically be cancelled.
Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mispriced. In this event we will either contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Returns Policy:
Customers can return unused items in original and sealed packaging within 14 days of receipt by emailing customercare@woodubend.com
You, the customer, are liable to pay for the price of return postage and we advise you to return items by recorded delivery or by any other means that shows proof of the return. If for any reason your returned items are not received, we cannot process the refund unless you can provide proof of postage. Your refund amount will not include any charges for shipping or any fees taken by payment processors such as Stripe and a Restocking Fee of a minimum of £5 will be applied and taken from your refund amount.
Returns from outside the U.K
When making an international purchase, the customer is solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or value-added tax (VAT) required by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. If a customer refuses to pay customs charges or VAT, resulting in the shipment being returned to us or held by the customs authorities, the following terms apply:
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for orders where the customer refuses to pay the necessary customs charges or VAT.
- If customs delays or refuses clearance due to non-payment, we are not financially responsible for delays or any costs associated with returning the shipment to us.
Restocking Fee: If the order is returned to us, a restocking fee may apply.

Breakages Policy:
If in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item please contact us in the first instance with photographs of the damage or breakage at customercare@woodubend.com so we can organize a credit note for the value of the damaged item.
Domestic Shipping Policy:
Our shipping prices are based on the weight of the items, our website will calculate this automatically for you. Our turnaround of domestic orders is 2 working days and will in most cases be sent with Royal Mail using their tracked 48 service which we expect to reach you within 2-5 working days.
International Shipping Policy
For small international orders, Royal Mail will use their preferred shipping partner within your country and we would expect that to have arrived within 7-14 working days. Larger international orders will be delivered with DHL, Fedex or UPS and will also take up to 14 working days.
